The Board of Directors and Committee members in partnership with the Clark County Sheriff's Department will aggressively work to eliminate any and all illegal activities within the Association Property. No illegal drug use, sale, or related activities will be tolerated.
Board meeting are the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. All members are invited to come and see the Board of Directors and Committee members at work.
Assessments over 6 months late or in excess of $ 1,000.00 will be collected by the Association attorney. All attorney and court fees will be added to the amount owed.
Additional parking may be purchased for $20.00 per month per space.
Fire pits or charcoal burning grills will not be allowed on Association decks. $100.00 fine.
No pets are allowed in the Fitness Center or Swimming Pool Area.
Copies of the CC&R's (Declaration), the Bylaws and the Rules & Guidelines are available at the office, on the website, by mail, or by email on request.
